I just got passed over for a promotion for the second time in six months and I getting pretty tired of it. The only thing that’s keeping me back, so I’m told by my boss, is that they guys who are getting the jobs have their MBA, and I don’t. I did go for a year about five years ago, but obviously that’s not enough. They need to see the diploma. So I guess it’s back to school I go. I’ve heard some things about getting an MBA online, but I’m not sure how to go about it. What is distance learning and how does it work with MBAs? Are they as respected as other degrees? Thanks for your advice.
